Rules Of Admission
1. Application for addition should be made on the prescribed from obtained, from the school office.
2. Students are admitted at the beginning of the Academic Year in June after a test. Odd admission are made after a test only when there are vacant seats for Nursery to test is taken.
3. Formal admissions is complete only after the principal has considered the application form after an entrance test and interview of the child.
4. A pupil joining the school for the first time must produce a satisfactory evidence of his/her date of birth from the Municipal, Village or Hospital Record, or Baptismal Certificate.
5. Three years is the age of admission in Nursery. A corresponding age is fixed for subsequent classes.
6. The following documents shall have to be furnished at the time of admission on transfer basis for all classes . a. Transfer certificate/School certificate leaving from the school last attended. b. Progress report/Mark sheet, showing the performance in the last examination in the previous school is compulsory. c. Character and conduct certificate in case of students above Std.V)
7. No pupil will be admitted to the school without producing the document given above. In no case shall the pupil permitted to attend the class pending former admission .
8. A pupil admitted on a transfer certificate, he/she shall not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificate shows his/her to be qualified, not his/ her that ofbirth will be changed.
9 The transfer certificate of student joining from schools outside the titter Pradesh state must be counter signed by the educational Authorities of the Direct of the state in which the previous school is situated.
10. Admissions will he done only for student who come from recognized schools.
11.Once the interview/Entrance is conducted and the list of successful student is declared, no Enquiry will be entertained by the office with regard to admission.
12. The final decision with regard to admission rests with School Authorities. Recommendations are not considered and donations are not accepted.
13. In case of re-admission the full admission fee will be charged. A pupil who does not complete the Academic Year is not eligible for promotion.
14. The students those who don't have 75% of attendance will not be allowed to appear for the exam. In case of sickness medical certificate is must from the authorised person.
